Short description

We are looking for a JavaScript/Node-proficient backend developer.js, for developing server logic, integrating external services, and automatically generating documents using Typst. The work involves the creation of highly loaded APIs, data processing, and the construction of user-friendly report generation tools/templates.

Responsibilities

  • Development and support of backend services on Node.js

  • Designing the REST/GraphQL API

  • Typst integration for document generation (reports, PDFs, templates)

  • Working with databases

  • Optimizing service performance and stability

  • Configuring queues, caches, and logging 

  • Participation in architectural solutions and code reviews

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Experience working with Node.js and one of the frameworks: Express, Fastify or NestJS

  • Understanding asynchrony, data flows, and API structures

  • SQL database management skills

  • Proven ability to work with Typst (PDF generation, template creation)

  • Understanding Git, CI/CD

  • A plus would be:

    • experience in document management automation

    • The Docker experience

    • understanding microservice architecture
