• Sunsoft LLP is a Kazakhstani company developing innovative digital solutions in the field of biometrics, security, automation and artificial intelligence. We are looking for a Project Manager who will lead the company's key projects, organize pilot implementations, present our products to customers and ensure the successful implementation of projects at all stages.

Responsibilities

• Managing the company's projects from start to completion (planning, coordination, timing and execution control).

• Organization and support of pilot projects with government and corporate clients.

• Conducting presentations and demonstrations of Sunsoft digital products.

• Preparation of technical and organizational materials: roadmaps, reports, acts, protocols.

• Interaction with development, integration, sales, and customer teams.

• Analyzing customer requirements and transferring tasks to the development team.

• Quality control of work performance and compliance with customer expectations.

• Participation in meetings, negotiations and working groups.

• Support for further project support after implementation.

Requirements

• Work experience as a project manager, account manager, IT coordinator or similar position (preferably in the field of IT or digital solutions).

• Understanding the principles of project management (Agile / Waterfall will be an advantage).

• The ability to present products competently and confidently speak to customers.

• Negotiation skills and business relationship building.

• The ability to analyze processes, formulate tasks and monitor their execution.

• Basic understanding of technology: mobile applications, server solutions, biometrics, AI — as an advantage.

• Responsibility, proactivity, independence, the ability to work in a multitasking environment.

• Knowledge of Kazakh and English is an advantage.
