Zypl.ai - international fintech is a company that develops AI solutions for credit scoring and financial institutions. In Kazakhstan, we are a resident of the Astana hub and are expanding the operational group.
Responsibilities

Full management of Personnel Records Management.

Registration of recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees (orders, contracts, additional agreements).

Conducting labor: acceptance / dismissal, changes in working conditions.

Preparation of local regulations (PCR, instructions, regulations).

Maintaining a vacation schedule, a record of working hours.

Registration of business trips, hospital vacations, vacations.

Support of the company'S HR processes and interaction with government agencies.
Requirements

Experience as a HR or HR administrator from 1 year.

Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Reliable work in the labor system.

Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to work with documents.

Understand the basic HR processes (banding, adaptation, disciplinary procedures).
