Experienced Product Designer

Short description

• We are looking for an Experienced Product Designer  to join our product team. We are building the Agentic UX that defines the future of software—designing how humans and AI teammates collaborate seamlessly. The UX team structure at Silverbee currently includes a lead product designer, and we are now looking for another experienced product designer to join and complement this team. You will play a pivotal role in this mission, shaping experiences that are not just functional but lovable. In this role, you’ll combine desk research, quantitative & qualitative research, usability testing, and interaction design to make sure our product feels like it was truly built for users adopting the new era of agentic software.

Responsibilities

•  Proactively research the market and devise new initiatives based on product objectives, market trends, and customer input. 

• Establish and maintain UX principles, rituals, and processes.

• Contribute to shaping the business and product objectives through a UX-first lens.

• Design user flows and wireframes across SaaS dashboards, onboarding, and management systems.

• Partner with the UI Designer to ensure visual design aligns with UX goals.

• Measure impact quantitatively and qualitatively.

• Iterate designs based on feedback from customers, founders, and team members.

• Provide design specifications, assets, and flows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX design experience in SaaS, including PLG products.

• Portfolio that shows excellence in complex SaaS product UX.

• Experience leading design direction or systems in a high-growth environment.

• Ability to think systemically while caring deeply about micro-interactions.

• Proficiency with Figma.

• Excellent communication skills, both for presenting research findings and design rationale.

• Strong stakeholder management skills: ability to concept, present, defend, and iterate designs directly with founders and company leaders who care a lot about our product and customers..

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

• Bonus: background in marketing tech, PLG, or AI/agentic platforms.
