Short description
The task: build an ML platform from scratch, build MLOps processes, and implement the first machine learning cases, from data collection to integrating models into production.
Responsibilities
-
To design and implement an ML platform for training, testing, and deployment of models.
-
Configure the data pipeline for data collection, processing, and storage.
-
Implement the first ranking models based on Elastic LTR or similar solutions.
-
Organize the processes of training, validation, monitoring, and retraining of models.
-
Choose the tools and technologies to build a sustainable ML infrastructure.
-
Integrate models into production together with the backend and the product team.
Requirements
-
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, PyTorch/TensorFlow -optional).

The experience of building ML pipelines using Airflow / Prefect / Luigi.

Practical skills of working with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience or understanding of the principles of Learning to Rank (Elastic LTR).

Deep understanding of MLOps approaches: CI/CD, data and model versioning, monitoring.

The experience of designing infrastructure from scratch is a big plus.
