Responsibilities
– Development, ownership and implementation of a RoadMap for product user engagement
– Designing and improving custom funnels.
– Interaction with the product team and analysts to generate insights, create a backlog of hypotheses and verify them through A/B tests
– Formulation of product requirements and management of cross-functional teams at all stages of implementation
– Continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of the product and its optimization based on user behavior and feedback
Requirements
– Work experience of at least 2 years as a Product Manager/ Product Analyst in a technology company (fintech or B2C will be a plus)
– Experience in managing cross-functional teams or running cross-functional projects
– Analytical background: experience working with data, defining metrics and drawing conclusions
– Basic experience working with SQL for ad-hoc analytics (would be a big plus)
– Experience in testing and validating hypotheses (for example, A/B tests)
– Proficiency in English at the B2 level and above for effective interaction with an international team
