Responsibilities
– Leadership, mentoring and development of the data analyst team - support their professional growth and ensure high quality of all analytical areas
– Defining strategies and implementing data—driven collection initiatives - identifying opportunities, evaluating effectiveness, and developing improvements
– Full cycle of collection analytics: from building reporting systems and conducting A/B tests to ad-hoc analysis and transformation of insights into actions
– Control of the team's work on monitoring and analyzing key metrics — Cure Rate, Roll Rate, Flow Rate, PTP, KPTP, RPC, Contact Rate — ensuring that the analysis results are transformed into measurable improvements
– Close collaboration with digital channel and call center teams to improve the quality of customer interactions and optimize the efficiency of collection processes
– Testing and implementation of new tools and initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the collection business
Requirements
– 5+ years of experience in data analytics and at least 2 years in a management role, including leadership and development of analytical teams
– Proven work experience in fintech, a large technology company, or other fast-growing data-driven environment
– Strong technical skills in SQL and Python; practical experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
– Strong experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing A/B test results to support product and strategic decisions
– In-depth expertise in building and analyzing reports, as well as in implementing data-driven solutions
– Experience working with ML models
– Excellent communication skills — ability to present analysis results to senior management and cross-functional teams
– Proficiency in English at the B2 level and above

– Work experience in collection, banking or financial services
– Knowledge of key collection metrics
