Responsibilities

Software implementation on the clients side.

Initial installation, testing and user training.

Customer support and post-implementation technical support.

Analysis and solution of technical and organizational problems.

Participation in the development of documents and instructions for users.

Conducting presentations and consultations on the product.

Business trips throughout Kazakhstan for the implementation and maintenance of systems.
Requirements

Age: 24 to 40 up to the age.

Higher or secondary-special technical education (preferably in the IT field).

Experience in the field of software, technical support or implementation of related areas is welcome.

Basic knowledge in the field of Information Systems, Software, network technologies.

The ability to quickly learn and understand new products.

Ability to communicate, speak competently, work with clients.

Preparation for regular business trips around Kazakhstan.
