Short description

  • We are looking for a responsible and attentive moderator who will help maintain order and high-quality communication in our team.  

Responsibilities

  • Checking user content for compliance with the rules 

  • Handling complaints from users and taking action in accordance with company policy

  • Removing spam, blocking intruders

  • Maintaining a friendly and safe atmosphere

  • If necessary, answers to simple questions from users.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail

  • The ability to make quick decisions

  • The ability to remain calm in conflict situations

  • Moderation experience will be a plus.
