Responsibilities

Full legal support of the company's activities;
Full support of contracts and transactions;
Development, legal review and support of all types of civil law contracts, risk assessment;
Verification of the trustworthiness of counterparties, evaluation of constituent and other documents, verification of the legal capacity of counterparties and the powers of persons acting on their behalf, preparation of conclusions based on the results of the audit;
Drafting letters, requests, claims, and other legal documents;
Registration of powers of attorney;
Advising employees of the group of companies on various legal issues in the field of civil, corporate, tax, administrative, labor and other branches of law;
Interaction with government agencies on various legal issues, including in the framework of verification measures and in cases of administrative offenses, appealing actions and decisions of government agencies, preparation of all necessary procedural documents.

Requirements

Higher legal education;
At least 5 years of experience in legal services;
Work in large and consulting companies is welcome.;
Knowledge and skills of practical use of substantive and procedural branches of law, including civil, corporate, administrative, financial, tax, labor, international law;
Ability to work with a large volume of documents in multitasking mode;
Good oral and written communication skills;
The ability to make smart decisions quickly in emergency situations.

Conditions

Opening hours: 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00
Registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
