Responsibilities

  • Make short calls (from 30 seconds) according to the script, to warm up interest in the product

  • Transfer "warm" leads to the sales manager

  • Record the result of communication in CRM

  • Receive bonuses for qualified leads and a percentage of successful trades

Requirements

  • Literacy, openness and attentiveness

  • Aren't you afraid of talking on the phone

  • I am ready to learn, complete the tasks on the checklist and strive for growth.

  • Plus, if you have an interest in IT or marketing, but experience is not required.

Conditions

  • The salary is 25,000 rubles at the start

  • If you complete the plan of 80 calls for 30 seconds per day, the salary increases to 35,000 ₽

  • Lead bonus (if confirmed as qualified) — from 100 to 200 ₽

  • 5% of sales based on your leads — if there are more than 5 sales per month from this direction

  • Payments: twice a month
