Short description
SteppeChain is the first Kazakhstani cryptocurrency platform developed in accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Kazakhstan. We are creating a secure, convenient and modern infrastructure for trading digital assets and tokenizing real assets.
We are looking for a UX/UI designer who can develop a clean, intuitive interface and create a visual brand identity from scratch.
Responsibilities
• Designing interfaces for the web platform: trading terminal, onboarding, KYC/AML processes, wallet, deposits/withdrawals via Kaspi/Halyk.
• Development of SteppeChain brand identity: logo, corporate identity, color system, typography, icons, visual principles.
• Creation of wireframes, interactive prototypes and high fidelity layouts for key sections - trading, charts, orders, balances, transactions.
• Formation of a design system and UI kit in Figma.
• Work in collaboration with developers (React, NestJS) to accurately implement layouts.
• Conducting UX research, collecting feedback, and improving user scenarios.
• Control of the overall visual and UX quality of the product.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of UX/UI design experience.
• A portfolio with modern interfaces (preferably fintech/crypto/dashboard).
• Skills in developing identity and brand attributes (logo, visual style).
• Excellent command of Figma, prototyping, and component libraries.
• The ability to build complex user flows (onboarding, KYC, financial transactions).
• Understanding adaptive design and design systems.
• Plus: experience in cryptocurrency products, working with charts, and UX trading.
• Plus: experience working with products "from scratch".
