Short description
- Analysis and description of business processes (procurement, sales, warehouse, logistics, finance). Collecting and formalizing user requirements for improvements
Responsibilities
-
development and support of financial models, consolidation of data, formation of a unified structure of indicators and formulas;

automation of management reporting, setting up and maintaining automated reports;

optimization of business processes. Process description, analysis and optimization;

development and support of a unified methodology for calculating indicators, unification of reference books and classifiers;

setting up and coordinating data flows between production and the financial unit, analyzing production indicators.
Requirements
-Ability to describe processes (BPMN, UML, state diagrams, etc.)
-Experience working with documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases
-Understanding the principles of UX, the customer path, and the impact on the product
-Ability to negotiate, identify needs, manage expectations
-Skills in facilitating meetings, interviews, and presentations of solutions
- Mentoring and training of junior colleagues will be a plus.
