Responsibilities

Working with requirements:

• Collection, analysis and structuring of business requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Conducting interviews with customer representatives and end users
• Epic level requirements decomposition, User Stories, acceptance criteria
• Checking requirements with the technical team and business

Modeling and documentation:

• Creating and updating as-is and to-BE processes under the BPMN label
• Development of functional documentation: BRD, FRD, STPO (description of software requirements)
• Creating data flow diagrams, Use Case diagrams, UML diagrams
• Preparation of technical tasks for integration with external systems
• Description of API contracts and data exchange formats

Working with the product:

• Development of custom scripts and customer Journey Map
• Participation in the creation of Product backlog and roadmap
• Prioritizing tasks in collaboration with the Product Owner and team lead
• Grooming and refining sessions with the development team
• Determining the profitability criteria for functionality and indicators

Communication and coordination:

• Facilitate meetings with business and technical teams
• Providing solutions to stakeholders of different levels
• Management of changes in requirements
• Coordination with architects, developers, QA, UX/UI designers
• Participation in Scrum procedures (Planning, Daily, Review, Retro)

Data analysis:

• Designing data structures and storage models
• Formation of requirements for reporting and analytical dashboards
• Working with large amounts of data
• Analysis of data quality and development of validation rules

Requirements

Required:

• Experience as a business analyst in It projects (preferably in product groups)from 3 years
• Experience with government / large corporate projects
• SDLC and Agile/Scrum deep understanding of methods
• BPMN 2.0 reliable possession of the sign (necessarily in practice)
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases
• UML skills (Activity, Sequence, use case charts)
• Between systems integration design experience
• Understand the working principles of REST API, SOAP, GraphQL
• SQL basic knowledge (reading queries, understanding the structure of databases)
• Facilitation I excellent presentation skills
• Systems thinking and attention to detail
• Kazakh and Russian languages- free (required)

Tools:

• Required: Confluence, Jira, Draw.io/Lucidchart/Miro, MS Office / Google Docs
• Preferred: Bizagi / Camunda Modeler, Postman / Swagger, Figma

The advantage will be:

• Govtech experience in projects or government information systems
• Knowledge of the specifics of tariff setting, billing systems
• Experience in designing systems with microservice architecture
• Information security understanding requirements (St RK, ISO 27001)
• Big data I have experience with Enterprise class systems
• Integration through the data bus knowledge of principles (ESB, Smart Bridge)
• Experience in describing requirements for mobile applications
• Certification: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, IIBA or similar
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker
