The technical support manager accompanies the users of the Caspy Tender trading platform: suppliers and customers. The main task is to promptly resolve technical and procedural issues related to working in the e-procurement system.
Responsibilities
-
Advising users on working in the Caspy Tender system (phone, mail, messengers).

Support for registration, entry, EDS, filing applications, signing contracts.

Analysis of user requests and initial diagnosis of technical problems.

Transmitting complex incidents to developers with a correct description and replay logic.
-
Monitoring the status of requests until a complete solution.
-
Maintaining a database of requests and sample cases.
-
Participation in the testing of new functionality (UAT) from the user's point of view.

Preparation of instructions and reference materials for users.
Requirements
-
Experience in technical support of IT systems or services - at least 1 year.

Understanding how web systems, personal accounts, and user roles work.

Basic understanding of EDS (Kazakhstan), document signing, authorization.

Good oral and written communication skills (Kazakh, Russian).

The ability to quickly understand new processes and systems.

Stress tolerance and the ability to work with a large number of requests
It will be a plus:
– experience working with electronic procurement, trading platforms, EDI;
– experience working with CRM or ticket systems (Jira, Zendesk and analogues).
