About the company
We are a young company specializing in information security services. We are looking for an active and dedicated sales manager who will develop the customer base and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for and attract new clients (B2B: small/medium/large businesses, startups, etc.).
  • Promotion of the company's services.
  • Conducting negotiations, including at the level of top officials and IT/information security managers.

Requirements:

  • Successful sales experience in the field of information security or IT (required).
  • Understanding the specifics of B2B sales and working with corporate clients.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills, the ability to "close" deals.
  • Good written and oral communication skills (Russian and Kazakh are required, English will be an advantage).
  • Self-organization, the ability to work for results.
  • The desire to develop in the field of information security.

Conditions:

  • Part-time employment, flexible schedule.
  • Remote/ hybrid work (as agreed).
  • Fixed +% of sales (to be discussed individually).
