We are looking for an Internal Business Process Analyst who will help document, analyze, and optimize internal business processes.
The main goal of this role is to understand how the company’s internal processes work and describe them in clear, structured documentation in English.
Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with process owners and end users.

Analyze current workflows in ERP and HR systems.

Create and maintain detailed process documentation.

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for automation or simplification.

Keep training materials for internal users up to date.

Work closely with process owners to ensure documentation remains current as systems are updated.
Requirements:

Experience in business/process analysis and preparing technical documentation.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to structure and organize information clearly.
