Responsibilities:

  • Teach English to company employees.

  • Apply the most effective teaching methods, formats, and learning tools.

  • Develop employees’ language skills for immediate use in communication with customers.

  • Design practical training programs aligned with the company’s goals and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Linguistics/Philology with fluent English proficiency.

  • At least 2 years of teaching experience with postgraduate students, language course participants, or employees of corporations/large companies (experience in private tutoring, school teaching, or vocational colleges is not considered).

  • Experience teaching offline groups with a changing group composition.

  • International internship, work, or study experience abroad is a plus.

  • Knowledge of corporate English training principles.

  • Ability to work in a team; friendliness, strong communication skills, flexibility.

  • Experience using modern internationally recognized teaching materials.

  • Ability to work with online resources.
