Who are we looking for

We are looking for an intern who wants to immerse himself in the real finances of a startup: reports, analytics, business plans and financial models. This is not "sitting next to each other", but participating in live tasks.

Working conditions

Basic requirements

Education

  • Students, graduates (finance, economics, accounting, management, analytics).

  • Basic understanding of finance: income, expenses, profit, cash flow.

Skills and competencies

  • Confident mastery of Excel / Google Sheets:

    • formulas (IF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP);

    • summary tables;

    • graphs and diagrams.

  • Ability to prepare financial statements:

    • P&L (Income statement);

    • cash flow statement;

    • Skills in preparing business plans (or understanding their structure).

  • Participation in the preparation of financial models:

    • calculation of revenue and expenses;

    • scenarios (base / optimistic / pessimistic);

    • basic forecasts.

Analytics

  • The ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.

  • Understanding the causes of deviations and the ability to explain them.

  • Attention to detail and numbers.

Organization of work

  • Responsibility and compliance with deadlines.

  • The ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to work in an uncertain environment (a startup, not a corporation).

That would be a plus

  • Internship experience or part-time work in finance / accounting.

  • Understanding:

    • unit economics;

    • financial modeling;

    • investment logic.

Personal qualities

  • The desire to learn and develop in finance.

  • Initiative and healthy independence.

  • A calm attitude towards numbers and tables.

  • Willingness to accept feedback and grow quickly.
