Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Strong Middle/Senior Backend Python Engineer who can take on technical leadership, manage a small team, and develop the architecture of high-load systems. If you want to influence technical decisions, share your experience and create scalable services, we will be glad to see you in the team!

What do we expect from you?

Python experience — at least 3 years in production.
Excellent knowledge of Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).
REST API development experience.
Experience working with asynchronous frameworks (for example, Aiohttp).
Knowledge and experience with:PostgreSQL Docker, Docker Compose Redis Celery RabbitMQ Websockets Nginx

Relational and non-relational database design and optimization skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB).
CI/CD setup experience (Github Actions).
Knowledge of the principles of microservice architecture.
Understanding and applying the principles of SOLID, DRY, and TDD.
Experience in setting tasks, conducting retrospectives, and optimizing processes.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate the team, responsibility for the result.

It will be a plus:

Experience working with Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus (monitoring, log analysis, tracking).
