Product Manager
ABR represents more than 15 successful restaurant concepts and more than 5 million guests per year.
abr tech is a development team. We are developing: the ABR+ mobile application for the delivery and payment of orders, a courier application, and a web product for managing the operational activities of all restaurants.
About the role of B2C Product:You will lead the product development team and determine the entire product lifecycle, from idea to development, so that it is in demand, convenient and profitable for ordinary people (individuals). The work includes market research, customer needs analysis, strategy development, team management, and continuous feedback collection to improve the product and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Organization of a full product development cycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met.
- Interact with customers, collect feedback, and analyze usage data to iterate product features and improve the user experience.
- Be active as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences.
- Developing a product vision that meets the company's strategic goals.
- Defining and implementing a comprehensive product strategy that takes into account market needs, competitive environment, and customer feedback.
- Conducting market research, interviewing clients, and analyzing the competitive environment to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Work closely with the product development, marketing and sales teams for successful product delivery and market entry strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a product owner or product manager, preferably in the B2B/B2C industry;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, best product management practices, and software development processes;
- Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into operational analytical conclusions and strategic decisions.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A sense of taste in user interfaces :)
