Business Analyst (Middle/Senior)

OnVibe is a user-provided leisure service that searches for events and activities, buys tickets, and plans free time. We are looking for a Business Analyst (middle/senior) who, in addition to classical requirements analytics, will take over delivery/PM functions (task coordination, deadlines, releases) and will help the product team bring initiatives to results.

Role:

• This is the BA-first position: formalization of requirements, scenarios, acceptance criteria, change management.
• In parallel — project/delivery responsibility: planning and coordination of execution, transparent statuses, risk and dependency management.
• And the product component: participation in the development of solutions, funnels and product improvements together with the Head of Product.

Tasks:

• Collect and clarify requirements from stakeholders (product, business, support, partners/integrations).
• Formalize tasks: user stories / use cases, acceptance criteria, restrictions, edge cases, non-functional requirements.
• Work through user scenarios and flows (CJM/flow), and propose solutions together with Product/Design/Dev.
• Describe the integration and interaction of systems at the requirements level: API contracts, statuses, errors, events, roles, and access rights.
• Maintain documentation and approvals (Confluence/analogues), maintain a change log on changes in requirements.
• Support development and QA: answer questions, clarify details, participate in the acceptance/preparation of releases.

Tasks:

• Plan and coordinate delivery: decomposition, priorities, dependencies, deadlines, release windows.
• Keep a backlog and tasks in Jira: setting, statuses, execution control, identification of blockers.
• Organize process workloads (grooming/refinement, planning, demo/retro — as needed).
• Manage risks and expectations: transparent communication with stakeholders, timely escalation.
• To improve the process: the quality of incoming requirements, clear criteria of readiness / acceptance, predictability of delivery.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience and experience in coordinating delivery/PM tasks.
• The ability to write understandable specifications and requirements: user stories, AC, scenarios, states, errors, limitations.
• Understanding of client–server architecture, experience working with REST API at the requirements/scenario level (Swagger/Postman — plus).
• Confident work with Jira and documentation (Confluence/Notion/analogues).
• The ability to manage dependencies/deadlines.
• Strong communication and structure: establish agreements, make changes, and deliver results.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in consumer products: ticketing, e-commerce/marketplaces, aggregators, payments, and external integrations.
• SQL at a basic level, understanding data/events/metrics.
• Experience in release management, working with post-release stabilization, incidents.
• Experience with BPMN/diagrams/ERD.
