Ensuring the regular operation of the information system (IS);
IP administration;
ensuring information security;
providing Internet access;
corporate data network maintenance;
ensuring the operability of computer, telecommunication, telephone equipment, primary diagnostics;
provision of office office equipment (photocopying, fax);
provision of supplies;
support and development of a local computer network;
maintenance of the mobile trading system;
maintenance of hardware and inventory management system equipment;
accounting of equipment and its condition (including mobile trading facilities);
user support;
participation in various IT-related projects.
