User Acquisition Manager

Position: User Acquisition Manager / Media Buyer (Ad Networks)

Product: mobile iOS app

Work format: remote, full-time, flexible start time

Tasks

Launching, maintaining and scaling advertising campaigns in ad networks: PropellerAds, Adsterra, as well as other advertising networks
Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns: CPI / CPA / CAC / ROAS / Retention / LTV, Install2trial, Install2paid
Finding and testing new approaches for scaling:
Working with analytics tools: setting up links, macros, verifying the correctness of attribution and conversions
Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
Hitting the KPI by budget and CAC
Preparation of reports and conclusions based on test results
Search for growth points and hypotheses for stable scaling

At least 1 year of experience in mobile user acquisition
Understanding the specifics of advertising formats: push, in-page push, popunder, interstitial, native and other formats
Understanding mobile attribution, post-install metrics, and cohort analysis
Understanding the main metrics and their interrelationships: CTR, CR, CPC, CPM, CPI, CPA, ROI, LTV
Experience scaling campaigns, not just running tests
The ability to optimize advertising campaigns by ad platforms / placements
Experience working with trackers.
Understanding the logic of postback, tokens (macros)
The ability to quickly create simple creatives on your own using AI tools to test hypotheses
Experience working with a wide range of budgets

Experience working with VPN, utility, or subscription-based products
Practical experience working with PropellerAds, Adsterra or similar traffic sources
Experience working with in-app traffic sources
Experience in A/B testing of landing pages
English at Intermediate (B1) level and above
