Main requirements

• Work experience: 0-2 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT or related fields;

• Education: higher or secondary specialized (preferably economic, technical or IT);

• Communication skills, desire to develop in sales;

• Negotiation and presentation skills;

• Basic knowledge of IT systems, primary accounting systems and a desire to study EDI;

• Responsibility, organization, attention to detail;

• Knowledge of application programs: MS Office, Windows, CRM systems

What you will do

• Maintaining a customer base and sales reporting;

• Working with the CRM system (entering data, updating statuses, preparing reports);

• Calling clients and conducting telephone conversations;

• Sales of EDI solutions, including by phone and through online consultations;

• Conducting product presentations and consultations on EDI functionality;

• Handling incoming customer requests;

• Gathering information about customer needs and passing it on to the technical team;• Preparation of commercial proposals;

• Customer support in using EDI solutions;

• Participation in team meetings and trainings
