Recruitment Specialist (mass recruitment)

Main requirements

- Experience in recruitment (preferably massive) or a strong willingness to quickly get up to speed and learn.

- The ability to conduct several vacancies in parallel and not lose the quality of communication.

- Competent, calm communication: you know how to explain the conditions and expectations, keep in touch.

- Consistency: accuracy in statuses, discipline on tasks and deadlines.

- Confident use of tools: tables, messengers, calendar, basic reports.

- Knowledge of the Kazakh language is mandatory.

What you will do

- Post vacancies and regularly update ads in various sources (job sites, Telegram / social networks, etc.), monitor the quality of responses.

- Handle incoming feedback: initial contact with candidates, answers to questions, short clarifications on conditions and requirements.

- Conduct telephone/online screenings according to the checklist: experience, readiness for schedule / location, expectations according to conditions.

- Organize interviews with the hiring manager: assigning slots, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, collecting feedback.

- Accompany candidates through the stages to the exit: maintain contact between the stages, close questions on time, and do not “lose” candidates.

- Advise applicants on vacancies: conditions, schedules, milestones, documents, deadlines.

- Maintain candidate statuses and database in working tools (table/Bitrix/ATS) – daily and accurately.

- Prepare simple reports on the funnel: daily, once a week – a short summary report (how many responses / dials / interviews / offers / exits, reasons for refusals).
