Senior Product Manager

Requirements:

Product Management experience of at least 5 years: experience in B2C products in Travel, E-commerce, Marketplace or Classified.
AI skills: You actively use Claude and Cursor to work with code/prototypes.
Data-driven approach: You pull out the data yourself and make decisions based on it.
Autonomy: We give you the backlog and don't micromanage it. We need a result, not a process.
Empathy for the user: A sincere desire to turn a complex booking flow into an understandable and pleasant flow.

Responsibilities:

Manage a cross-functional product stream and be responsible for achieving business results.
Conduct scrum rituals together with Team Lead and ensure the effective work of the team.
Managing stakeholders' expectations, building transparent communication.
Focus on business metrics and key product metrics, and responsibility for the team's results.
Analytical skills: Setting up funnels in Amplitude, the ability to work with data through an MCP server in conjunction with Claude.
Using AI-native tools (Claude, Cursor) to test hypotheses and speed up development.
To form a vision and strategy for the development of flow booking.
Together with the team, create a roadmap and prioritize initiatives with maximum business impact.
