Main requirements
2+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, preferably in IT.
• Experience in closing technical vacancies (developers, analysts, engineers).
• Structured interview skills.
• Confident work on LinkedIn: search, communication, maintaining professional pages.
• Experience building HR processes from scratch.
• The ability to work with complex roles and different types of people.
• Structure, maturity, self-organization.
What you will do
• Full cycle of IT recruitment: search, screening, interview, coordination of the final stages.
• Candidate profile formation together with supervisors (Python, .NET, GIS, DevOps, implementation).
• Organization of onboarding and control of the probation period (the first 90 days).
• Regular cross-sections on the team: feedback, engagement, communication.
• Setting up HR processes: adaptation, assessment, training, internal rules.
• Support of managers and development of corporate culture.
• Maintaining and developing the Agrostream corporate page on LinkedIn: publishing vacancies, HR news, and interacting with candidates.
• Using LinkedIn as the main recruitment tool: actively maintaining a profile, searching for rare specialists, working with InMail.
• Personnel records management (TD, orders, tabulation, dismissals, business trips, etc.
