Data Protection Officer

At least 3 years of experience as a Data Protection Officer, Privacy Officer, Compliance Officer or in a similar position.
Practical experience in building personal data protection processes.
Excellent knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of personal data.
Understanding the Digital Product Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience working with development and information security teams.
Skills in risk assessment, conducting audits, and developing internal regulatory documents.

To develop a personal data protection system in the company.
Monitor compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of personal data.
Develop policies, regulations, and internal procedures.
Participate in the development of new digital products, ensuring the application of Privacy by Design principles.
Assess privacy risks and participate in the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA/DPIA).
Advise development, business, HR, QA, DevOps, and information security teams.
Interact with government agencies on personal data protection issues.
Monitor the processing of personal data by contractors and external suppliers.
Organize internal audits and employee training.
Participate in the investigation of incidents related to personal data.
