HR Records Management Manager

Full documentary support of the company's employees: from hiring to dismissal.
Preparation and execution of disciplinary actions (remark, reprimand, severe reprimand).
Practical experience of termination of contracts under various articles in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Preparation of acts on violation of labor discipline, explanatory notes and protocols of the disciplinary commission.
Preparation of documents on the removal of employees from work and verification of employees' compliance with their positions.
Interaction with the group's subsidiaries to unify HR document management.
Maintaining a timesheet, working with programs to automate timesheeting.
Work experience with cumulative accounting of working hours, knowledge of the rules of payment for night, holiday and weekend shifts.
Development of employment contracts and participation in the development of a grading system.
Development of internal policies and regulations of the company related to personnel and labor discipline.
Maintaining military records of employees in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, interacting with local military authorities.
Working with the portal Enbek.kz : registration and monitoring of employment contracts, knowledge of the latest system updates.
Coordination of occupational health and safety processes: monitoring the passage of mandatory medical examinations and briefings (primary and repeated).
