Business Analyst

-       Collecting, analyzing, structuring, and formalizing business and user requirements.

-       Preparation of technical assignments, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

-       Modeling of As-Is/ To-Be processes, description of roles, approval routes, statuses, business rules, data , and integration scenarios.

-       Conducting interviews, facilitating work meetings, demonstrations, and customer approvals.

-       Managing changes in requirements and supporting them throughout the implementation lifecycle.

-       Understanding API integrations, SQL, principles of working with data, role models of access and logging.

-       Experience working with NocoDB, CRM, ERP, and internal digital platforms.

-       Highly organized, systematic thinking, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate interests different sides.

-       Confident ownership of JIRA, Miro, Figma.

1. Collect requirements from the Fund's structural divisions, conduct interviews, clarify the target business value, constraints, input and output data, roles and use cases.

2. Describe current and target processes, identify bottlenecks, duplication of functions, manual operations and automation points.

3. Prepare technical specifications, functional specifications, process diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts necessary to transfer tasks to development.

4. Decompose requests into milestones, releases, functional blocks, and integration contours, and ensure their consistency with business goals and architectural constraints.

5. Work through business rules, directories, statuses, routes, forms, required fields, checks, notifications, access roles, and exception handling scenarios.

6. Participate in the formation and detailing of the backlog, assessing the impact of changes, analyzing dependencies, and coordinating priorities with the supervisor and the project team.

7. Together with the technical team, the security service, the legal office and the owners of the processes, clarify the requirements for data, integrations, audit logs, access rights and information storage

8. Prepare test and acceptance scenarios, record comments, organize their analysis, and update documentation based on the test results.

9. Keep up-to-date the database of requirements, the version of the TOR, the status map, integration schemes and solutions for changes.

10. Ensure that the result is transmitted to the customer: instructions, process diagrams, a list of restrictions, a description of roles, statuses, and operating conditions.

11. Participate in demonstrations, sprint reviews, workshops, and approvals for putting solutions into commercial operation and/or into automated control systems, admin panels, bot interfaces, and other user contours.
