Responsibilities:
-
Directly oversee full pipeline of specific zypl product from development to deployment

Manage teams of ML and full-stack engineers, designers and assistants in successfully executing software and B2C products
-
Establish and execute a system for team communication, task management, and performance reviews
-
Deploy agile methodologies to product development cycle
-
Adopt design thinking to identify customer needs and quickly prototype product offerings
-
Conduct research on latest market innovations and identify potential product opportunities
-
Liaise with clients to identify product gaps and lead post-analysis improvements
-
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in product management is a must
-
Understanding of software development cycle is a must
-
Sound technical understanding of AI including machine/deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing
-
Ability to form a vision and lead a team
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Excellent knowledge of written and oral Russian and English
-
Team player attitude and eagerness to constantly learn/seek feedback
-
Ability to multi-task is a must
