💵Conditions:- Salary +% of the project- Work online (if Bali - meetings will be offline)- Full immersion in the project- Growth - managing a project/group of projects as an executive director/producer 

👩‍🦰Who is needed:Project manager with experience in launches (warm/cold traffic)With final results (successfully implemented launch / launched a school with a profit)Ideally niches:online professions, in particular SMM, producing,mentoring,sales for high checks,psychology, relationships, coaching, self-development, yoga, meditation 

💻Skills and qualities you need:

- Experience in hiring and managing a team of at least 3 people

- The skill of working with SMM or target

- a set of subscribers and their monetization- Experience of launching in inst with a completed result (it's better if you started mentoring an expert in English, or made communities, this is the first project to launch now, but if not, then leave a request for other projects in the questionnaire)

- Working with analytics (castdev, funnel numbers, financial part)

- The skill of hiring people in a team and building company departments, reporting and analytics

- Ability to multitask

- Interest in the project and the implementation of the product at a high level- English upper intermediate and above
