Head of Marketing

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Reports to: CMO

Fully remote, full-time position

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategy for Squares across all channels including email, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM with the goal of achieving KPIs for MAU, GMV, and revenue growth.
Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and reporting, ensuring that campaigns meet KPI targets.
Develop and manage marketing budget with a focus on maximizing return on investment for KPIs.
Lead content creation and distribution across all channels, ensuring that content supports KPI targets.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customers and develop customer insights to inform marketing strategy and drive KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, including product, design, and sales teams, ensuring that all teams are aligned on KPI targets.
Develop and track KPIs for marketing campaigns, including MAU, GMV, and revenue, and provide regular reports on progress towards KPI targets.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPI targets.
Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels with a focus on achieving KPIs.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields
