Main requirements
What we expect from the candidate
- Knowledge of forms and methods of BU and NU
- A confident PC user, Microsoft Office, Google docs, knowledge of Jira will be an advantage
- A confident user of 1C Accounting and ZUP (v.8.3)
- Business correspondence skills
- The ability to argue and defend their position in relation to the decisions taken in the entrusted area
- Mindfulness and analytical mindset
- Accounting and tax reporting skills will be a competitive advantage

What to do (functional responsibilities)
- Accounting of incoming services / materials (from receipt of documents, conducting in the 1C system, to write-off)
- Advance reports, including business trips rubles / currency:
- collection of missing documents
- working in 1C
- Reflection of the implementation, formation of closing documents, reflection in 1C and in the internal systems of the company
- Reconciliation with counterparties
- Control of accounts receivable/payable with counterparties
- Maintaining the "Bank" section, including foreign economic activity, in terms of sending and receiving documents / payments, posting statements
- Calculation and calculation of employee salaries and related taxes
- Maintaining an archive of accounting documents
- Accounting for OS and IA
- Accounting for loan agreements, including calculation and accrual of interest
- Participation in the closing of the period, in the annual audit
- Execution of management instructions
