English: conducting working correspondence and reading technical documentation

Basic requirements (education, skills)

experience in the web interfaces of website designers, CRM, 1C
excel at least at the level of creating pivot tables and macros

What to do (functional responsibilities)

receiving requests (Jira, Telegram), verification, description of the problem for L2 and developers
testing the web interface before release
filling client portals with data
creating instructions for working with the Ios platform
