The Product Manager (PM) at zypl.ai is the driver of our growth the supervision of product team.

Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee full pipeline of specific zypl product from development to deployment

• Manage teams of ML and full-stack engineers, designers and assistants in successfully executing software and B2C products

• Establish and execute a system for team communication, task management, and performance reviews

• Deploy agile methodologies to product development cycle  

• Adopt design thinking to identify customer needs and quickly prototype product offerings

• Conduct research on latest market innovations and identify potential product opportunities

• Liaise with clients to identify product gaps and lead post-analysis improvements  

• Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in product management is a must 

  • Understanding of software development cycle is a must 

  • Sound technical understanding of AI including machine/deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing

  • Ability to form a vision and lead a team

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent knowledge of written and oral Russian and English 

  • Team player attitude and eagerness to constantly learn/seek feedback 

  • Ability to multi-task is a must
