Technical questions about the portal

  • How do I link an EDS to my Profile?

    In the upper right corner, log in to My profile, then go to Settings and Verification and click on the “Link EDS” button.

  • I want to go to My profile in the pop-up pop-up, I click “Continue using EDS” the error “IIN is registered” comes out.

    This error indicates that you have already registered using an EDS and are now trying again. In order to log in to an existing account, click on the pop-up “Already have an account. Log in”, then “Continue using EDS".

  • I want to sign an application with my EDS for the Program, the portal gives the error “Your IIN and IIN signatures do not match”

    This error reports that the EDS that you are signing does not correspond to the EDS that is assigned to this account. You need to log in to your account immediately using your EDS or register.

  • My account is blocked because the password from it was entered incorrectly more than 3 times. I clicked restore “Restore password", the profile was not unfrozen.

    It is necessary to wait a day for information security requirements and you can use your account again.

  • I want to sign the application using an EDS, the portal gives the error “You downloaded the wrong certificate, try again”

    This error informs that the EDS is not an individual or a legal entity, as you indicated in the Application. Make sure that your EDS is suitable for the Program. For example, you indicated yourself as a legal entity in the Application, and you sign the EDS of an individual, and vice versa.

  • How do I create a Company profile card?

    You need to go to My profile, go to the participant's Company and click on “+". Next, select “Create a company through EDS”.

  • I want to submit the Report of the Astana Hub Participant, but there is no way to choose a period.

    If the portal does not allow you to choose the period necessary for you, then the acceptance of reports is now completed, and the next one is not open yet.

  • I want to log in to my account, I enter mail in the field, it gives an error “[email protected] does not exist”

    This notification informs you that you did not register using this mail. Register for further work.

  • I sign the application with my EDS, the portal gives the error “IIN is assigned to another user”

    This notification informs you that you have previously linked your EDS to another mail. You need to log in to your account immediately using an EDS.

  • I want to sign an application using an EDS, the portal gives the error “Application submission is available only to legal entities. Check the information in your personal account ”

    This error indicates that only legal entities can send applications. Make sure that you sign the EDS of the legal entity.
