STRONG Team is an international software vendor building digital products for fintech and banks.
We specialize in research-driven product development, combining product thinking, design, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions for regulated financial organizations.
We are launching an SME digital banking product from scratch for one of the leading banks in the Middle East and are looking for a Senior / Lead UX Researcher to take ownership of the research function and provide leadership at product level.
This role requires strong experience in digital banking, the ability to operate in regulated environments, and readiness to relocate to Dubai.
Key requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital banking or fintech products
• Proven leadership experience (owning research direction, leading initiatives, mentoring)
• Experience working in banking or regulated environments
• Ability to connect research insights with product strategy, KPIs, and business outcomes
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai
• Fluent spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
• Build and lead the UX research function from scratch
• Define SME segments, ICPs, assumptions, hypotheses, and key risks
• Conduct in-depth interviews and usability testing with SME users
• Ensure research directly influences product strategy, roadmap, and metrics
• Act as a strategic research partner for Product, Design, Engineering, and C-level stakeholders
