Content Designer
STRONG Team is an international software vendor building digital products for fintech and banks.
We specialize in research-driven product development, working with regulated financial organizations in the Middle East.
This is a product role, not marketing copywriting.
Key requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in UX writing or content design
• Experience in fintech, banking, SaaS, or complex transactional products
• Strong skills in content modeling, information architecture, and scannability
• Hands-on experience working in Figma
• Experience collaborating with designers, PMs, engineers, and researchers
• Ability to design content systems and reusable patterns
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai
• Fluent English
Responsibilities
• Define content principles: voice, tone, terminology, and patterns
• Design content for information-dense banking flows (payments, beneficiaries, transactions)
• Redesign core user flows through content strategy and microcopy
• Build a scalable content design system
• Work closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams
Nice to have
• Experience with conversational AI or chat-based interfaces
• Background in digital banking or B2B fintech
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive content practices
