We at Mantheos are looking for a passionate DevOps Engieer who is open for new challenges, loves developing cutting-edge technologies and looks for a company with fast growth.
Your job scope & responsibilities will be:
- DevOps infrastructure design and scalability
- Database querying optimization and maintenance
- Development and deployment of microservices
- Develop, deploy and maintain a scheduling system
- Design and maintain infrastructure with a 99.9%+ uptime
- Develop and maintain backend algorithms
- Be fully involved in tech development decisions and make suggestions for improvements
- Other duties that may arise with the development of the role and responsibilities
Skills & characteristics that we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of hands on work experience in DevOps and backend development
- Experience with AWS, Docker and deployment processes
- Experience with Postgres and other relational databases
- Experience with micro services management and deployments
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD systems
- Experience with Celery and Airflow is a plus
- Strong sense of curiosity and grit
- Drive for learning and continuous personal development
- Progressive and independent thinking
- Competent communication and English skills
- Attention to details
- Experience in leadership and team management is a plus

We at Mantheos are looking for a passionate Front End Developer who is ready to join our team, take new responsibilities and growth fast with Mantheos.
Your job scope & responsibilities will be:
- Lead the front end web app development that will be utilized by hundreds of clients
- Suggest UI and designs with potential A/B testing to continuously improve users’ experience
- Web app maintenance and bug fixes (the non-avoidable stuff ;) )
- Initiate new projects and ideas that can be developed in to new features or product
- Explore new technologies that can complement the current stack
