Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
• Develop and publish high-quality content (posts, articles, videos) on RaccoonSoft and Cloudia LinkedIn pages
• Plan monthly content calendar aligned with company goals and industry trends
• Adapt content across different LinkedIn formats (carousels, documents, videos, articles)
• Research and identify trending topics in IT, AI, cloud technology, and software development
Community Management & Engagement
• Respond to comments and direct messages professionally and promptly
• Moderate discussions under posts to maintain constructive conversations
• Increase engagement through strategic questions and meaningful discussions
• Build relationships with followers and industry professionals
Analytics & Performance Optimization
• Monitor key metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, follower growth)
• Analyze post performance and identify best-performing content formats
• Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• A/B test different content types and posting times for optimization
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with company leadership to gather news, updates, and story ideas
• Work with product, development, and sales teams to create relevant company content
• Participate in marketing strategy planning and campaign execution
• Contribute ideas for improving overall LinkedIn presence and reach
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience managing social media or marketing
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a professional platform and business tool
• Excellent Russian language writing and editing skills
• Basic knowledge of IT industry and technology trends
• Self-motivated and responsible work approach
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing LinkedIn page for B2B company
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma) or video editing abilities
• Previous work experience in IT or SaaS companies
• Analytics experience (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics)
• English language proficiency
• Experience creating content about AI, cloud technologies, or software development
• Familiarity with content management tools or scheduling platforms
Conditions
Work Schedule & Format
• Schedule: Part-time, 20-30 hours per week (flexible arrangement)
• Location: Fully remote (work from anywhere with internet)

• Work Hours: Preferably UTC+6 timezone or close proximity for team coordination
