zoob.kz: The Dental Marketplace Taking a Stand Against Counterfeits

Dental clinics spend considerable time sourcing equipment and supplies. Even with a limited number of suppliers in Kazakhstan, clinics still face long waits due to calls, consultations, order processing, delivery, and paperwork. zoob.kz founders sought to change this by creating a dental marketplace where ordering supplies takes only a few clicks. Co-founder Madi Agatayev shared with Er10.media how zoob.kz aims to cut business costs, streamline logistics and documentation, and help eliminate counterfeit and unsafe products from the market.

Over 6,000 Tech Specialists Trained Under the Tech Orda Program

Kazakhstanis are receiving free tech training as part of the Tech Orda program, an initiative by the Ministry of Digital Development, reports 24KZ. Interest in the program continues to grow—while 18,000 people applied last year, the number of applicants has doubled this year. Over the three years of the program, more than 6,000 tech specialists have been trained.

Applications Now Open for Second Batch of Tomorrow School, a Free Artificial Intelligence School

Astana Hub is now accepting applications for the second batch of Tomorrow School, Kazakhstan’s first artificial intelligence school. Applications are open until November 11, 2024. In the first batch, 2,880 applications were received, with 120 applicants advancing to the selection pool —a four-week intensive training designed to identify the best candidates for the main program.
