BONFIRE LTD Tackling Cervical Cancer with AI 🧠

We're thrilled to share one of our latest projects, developed as part of Decentrathon 2.0, which covered 17 regions! Thanks, BAITC (Blockchain & AI Technology Center), for the opportunity and interesting cases!

Our team built a web application called VERA that can predict the risk of cervical cancer based on medical history and classify the type of cancer using cytology images.

We are still anxiously waiting for the hackathon's results, and regardless of the outcome, I believe I have to show you some of the great work my teammates made.

Azat Kabiden created a web app, Alexander Sherstobitov trained ML and DL models for predictions, and Aigerim Bekkozhina designed a demo presentation.

We achieved F1 scores of 0.94 for cervical cancer risk prediction and 0.95 for cancer type classification.
