Applications are open until April 13, 2026.
The program consists of several stages, including application submission, preliminary selection (questionnaire review, assessment of professional experience and motivation), and an in-person bootcamp. The intensive training program will begin in May and will feature a four-day bootcamp led by an international Apple trainer.
The program is open to candidates with foundational programming knowledge (an understanding of programming logic and experience with any programming language will be considered an advantage), English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1–B2) or higher, and a strong commitment to completing the intensive workshop and pursuing a career as an Apple development trainer.
The launch of the program marks an important step in strengthening Kazakhstan’s educational infrastructure in mobile development and digital technologies. By preparing certified trainers, the initiative will help build a local community of Apple development educators capable of delivering high-quality training and supporting the growth of the country’s mobile application ecosystem.
“Developing human capital and preparing world-class specialists remain among Astana Hub’s key priorities. In October 2023, we became the official representative of the Apple Authorized Training Center for Education in Kazakhstan and launched training programs in iOS mobile application development. The next stage of this partnership is the Training of Trainers program, which will help address the shortage of certified Apple trainers in the country. This marks the beginning of a strong trainer community that will guide thousands of young Kazakhstanis into the world of mobile development, helping transform local ideas into global products,” said Magzhan Madiyev, CEO of Astana Hub.
Throughout the program, participants will undergo intensive training and develop comprehensive Apple platform development skills. Designed for candidates with foundational experience, the curriculum is aimed at advancing participants to a professional level. They will learn Swift application development using Xcode, explore iOS application architecture, and design user interfaces with UIKit and SwiftUI. The program also covers modern Apple frameworks such as ARKit and Core ML, web service integration, and the development of a fully functional application. Particular emphasis will be placed on teaching methodology and trainer preparation.
Upon successful completion of the bootcamp, participants will be eligible to apply for Apple Trainer certification. This certification authorizes trainers to teach Apple platform development courses and deliver official Apple educational programs.
Following the preparation of trainers through AATCe, Astana Hub plans to launch educational programs for university students, school students, and aspiring developers. These programs will focus on mobile application development and the creation of applications for Apple platforms. The most successful trainers will be offered employment opportunities to support the delivery of these initiatives.
The implementation of such educational programs contributes to the development of human capital and strengthens Kazakhstan’s national IT ecosystem by expanding access to modern digital skills.
