At the AI & Digital Bridge 2026 international technology forum, Astana Hub and MOST Holding signed a memorandum of cooperation to implement and develop the Central Eurasian Capital Bridge international programme. The partnership aims to strengthen the region’s investment ecosystem and attract long-term investment to Kazakhstan and Central Eurasia.
The document was signed by Magzhan Madiyev, CEO of Astana Hub, and Pavel Koktyshev, CEO of MOST Holding.
Central Eurasian Capital Bridge is an international programme designed to expand investment opportunities across Central Eurasia and further integrate the region into the global economy. It brings together leading regional fund management teams, international investors and institutional partners, creating an environment conducive to company growth, the scaling of entrepreneurial ventures and the development of international cooperation.
“Access to capital and international expertise directly supports the growth of technology companies and their expansion into new markets. Central Eurasian Capital Bridge brings together investment teams from Central Eurasia and the global investor community, creating new opportunities to raise capital and establish international partnerships. Together with MOST Holding, we aim to build a sustainable investment infrastructure that will help regional funds find international partners and enable companies to secure the financing they need to scale. This is an important opportunity to strengthen Kazakhstan’s role as a key investment and technology hub for Central Eurasia,” said Magzhan Madiyev, Chief Executive Officer of Astana Hub.
The programme will include the selection and preparation of fund managers, as well as specialised training delivered by leading global experts in venture capital and the investment industry. Participants will also be able to expand their professional networks by attending major international conferences and investment platforms.
Another key area of the programme will involve meetings with institutional investors, funds of funds, family offices and strategic investors. It will also focus on developing co-investment opportunities and promoting the region’s investment potential internationally.
“Central Eurasian Capital Bridge is designed to establish long-term connections between fund managers from Central Eurasia and the global investment community. The programme combines team development, knowledge exchange with international experts and direct engagement with potential investors. In partnership with Astana Hub, we intend to create a platform that will help regional players build international partnerships and attract capital to support company growth,” said Pavel Koktyshev, CEO of MOST Holding.
Under the memorandum, MOST Holding and Astana Hub intend to jointly develop Central Eurasian Capital Bridge as a permanent international platform. Their cooperation will focus on strengthening the position of regional investment teams, expanding their access to expertise and capital, and building sustainable connections with the global investment ecosystem.
