Astana Hub, IT Park Uzbekistan and Eurasia Growth Hub signed a memorandum of cooperation at the international technology forum AI & Digital Bridge 2026. The partnership will help technology companies from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan connect with customers, investors and business partners abroad.
The document was signed by Magzhan Madiyev, CEO of Astana Hub; Azamat Karamatov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan; and Muzaffar Karabayev, CEO of Eurasia Growth Hub.
The partners plan to organise joint forums, webinars, business missions and B2B meetings, while strengthening ties between the startup ecosystems of the two countries. Companies will be able to connect with potential customers, strategic partners, resellers, systems integrators, investors and accelerators.
One area of cooperation will focus on supporting Kazakhstani and Uzbek startups entering the UK and other international markets through Eurasia Growth Hub. The partners will explore soft-landing mechanisms, including support with market research, business development and operational matters.
“Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan have strong technology teams and talented entrepreneurs. Together with IT Park Uzbekistan, we want to help them enter international markets, find customers and partners, and develop their products. By bringing together the capabilities of both ecosystems and our international partners, we are creating opportunities for more companies from the region to scale beyond their domestic markets,” said Magzhan Madiyev, CEO of Astana Hub.
“The technology ecosystems of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are developing rapidly and can complement each other. Joint events, knowledge sharing and support for promising projects will strengthen cooperation between entrepreneurs in both countries and pave the way for new regional initiatives,” emphasised Azamat Karamatov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan.
“Our role is to help startups adapt their solutions to the requirements of international markets and build the business connections they need. Through Eurasia Growth Hub, teams will be able to receive practical support and move more quickly from market research to discussions with potential customers and partners,” commented Muzaffar Karabayev, CEO of Eurasia Growth Hub.
The memorandum also provides for joint initiatives in artificial intelligence and research and development. These include knowledge sharing, pilot projects, mentoring programmes and cooperation between technology companies and research and educational institutions.
