Astana Hub helps startups to scale to the markets of the USA, Europe and neighboring countries
On April 21, as part of the round table "How to scale IT projects to the international market. Barriers and ways to solve them” experts discussed issues related to the difficulties encountered in bringing a business to the international market.
Speakers at the event were Deputy CEO of Qaztrade Nurlan Kulbatyrov, Director of the Office of International Relations, Investment and Export of Astana Hub Mikhail Kovalenko, Managing Partner of MOST Ventures Mirat Akhmetsadykov, founder of Vardix-Group and DreamLight Studio, co-founder of ROQED, DIMEDUS, VARDITEC Vladimir Barinov, co-founder and CEO of Parkour Amirkhan Omarov, Co-founder and Managing Partner of the Maxinum Consulting Group Azat Yesenov and Director of the counterparty verification service “Kompra” Rinata Ilyubaeva.
The moderator was the General Director of Astana Hub Magzhan Madiyev.
During the round table, an acceleration program for the development of startups to the scaling stage in 5 weeks PreScalerator was presented. The program is a preparation for participation in the Scalerator export program, where experienced trackers and international agents assist in building sales and creating a sustainable business.
Investment Day was also announced – presentations of projects to business angels, investors, VC funds that can potentially invest in startups. The first Invest Day in 2022 was held on April 19. This year it is planned to hold another 5 Invest Day before the end of the year.
Experts from the USA, Syria and the UAE joined online and shared their experience of bringing a startup to the markets of the USA, the UAE, Europe and neighboring countries and put forward a number of proposals to simplify the process of bringing business to the international market.
