A modern professional usability laboratory  Usabilitylab Kazakhstan together with the Usability Factory provides Astana Hub participants with free access for a year to an account on the Fabuza cloud.

Fabuza is a platform that allows conducting UX research, usability tests, and surveys, which makes it possible to explore user experience, creatives, and digital products. You can also use the platform to test websites, mobile and desktop applications, layouts, and prototypes in Figma, Axure, InVision, Marvel, etc., as well as competitors' products. 

Platform users can: 

- increase sales and lifetime value (LTV) of the user of your product;
- increase user loyalty;
- reduce the cost of product development costs;
- increase the conversion rate and the average receipt by 2-4 times.

It is worth noting that startups that meet the following criteria receive free access to the platform:

- a team of up to 8 people;
- the presence of up to 2 years on the market;
- turnover up to 10 million tenge/month;
- the stage of development is Discovery, MVP, or scaling (Pre-seed, Seed, Proto/PoC, Alfa/Beta, First release).

All startups that have received access will receive training on working with the platform.

To get access to Fabuza, you need to submit an application on the Astana Hub platform in the Partner Resources section.
