Applications for the BI Synergy Sprint project will be accepted until June 30, 2024.

The initiative aims to discover and implement innovative solutions that enhance the residential experience, boost operational efficiency for companies, and unlock new growth opportunities.

This competition welcomes startups and companies prepared to present their ideas and solutions in the following categories:

- Living services for comfortable living
- Construction materials and furniture
- Home management services
- Architecture and construction
- Design and engineering
- Procurement management
- Sales and marketing
- Apartment cleaning and renovation

A jury will review online presentations and conduct a preliminary selection among participants. Subsequently, a Demo Day will be organized to determine category winners.

Finalists will have the opportunity to engage in three forms of partnership: integration into the BIG App ecosystem for service provision, launching new joint projects, and attracting investments from BI Group.
